Hi, I'm Steve Chang! I'm a personal success development coach and motivational speaker with over 25 years of experience working with college students, working professionals, and new managers. With nearly 30 years of management experience across diverse teams in both the public and private sectors, I have influenced and worked with hundreds of clients throughout my career helping them achieve their personal and professional success goals.

I graduated from the University of California, Riverside, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics with an emphasis in Economics. I also earned my Masters degree in Public Administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills.

I was born in Taipei, Taiwan, and immigrated to the United States with my parents and older sister when I was 12 years old. I’ve been happily married for 17 years to my wife, and have two wonderful children.
